I've stopped 3 times in the last 3 months and left with food ONCE. First time I had to go back twice because somehow making a regular burger breaks the brains of the employees... they simply can't handle making the food they're being paid to make. The last two times, weeks apart the machines are down and cash only... who carries cash anymore? After all these years I can safely say this McDonald's needs to be shut down. The place is always filthy, the employees don't know how to make the food and the equipment never works. If I were in charge I'd be doing mass firings. Shameful place, has turned into one of the worst businesses in the nek.
As always my kid's love this McDonald's it has a play place. The crew is always so friendly and greets you with a smile. Although today the fries were very over salted. Also like the new uniform shirts but the pants are very unprofessional looking. Kind of thought everyone was wearing leggings and that doesn't look very appropriate or professional. Sure hope they are just a trial? But over all we were satisfied and we will be back
Let's not add in that in that about 100 visits in 16 years that nearly every time my food was made incorrectly at least once. Let's rather discuss that I've gone from a once a week customer to maybe twice a year. Why? 10 to 20 minutes for a burger... You get food faster in a normal restaurant. I even left once when after 10 minutes in line with near a dozen people working the line... One person was served one burger, this was last year.
Can't get you order right. Can't fill fries to the top only half way. This happenes over and over. Done with them. Take the time to go to Wendeys down the Rd. Another very unhappy trip to Mc Dumps!
Although there has been some hiccups (no one is perfect) this McDonald's is fast and if you actually read the screen after taking your order to make sure everything is correct your order will be right. Very friendly and always willing to try and make things right if there was a mistake.
Worst McDonald's on this planet! Have tried to eat here twice, left both times without eating because the staff here is the most rude, hateful, incompetent group of discontent's my family and I have ever had the displeasure encountering. My many thanks for breaking us of the fast food habit our hurried life style push us towards.
